Overview

Stunning scenery and wildlife abound on these extraordinary expedition cruises to Antarctica. Classic expeditions travel from Ushuaia, Argentina, through the Drake's Passage and the South Shetland islands, then onward along the spectacular western Antarctic Peninsula. Vessels navigate alongside mountain-studded shorelines and past glacial landscapes to where we have special opportunities to see and photograph gentoo and chinstrap penguins, Weddell and crabeater seals, wandering albatross and perhaps even humpback and minke whales. Looking for more adventure? Step aboard a zodiac cruise to see crisp icebergs and deep-cut fjords up close, go for a hike or kayak along the coast, or be the first of your friends to set up camp on "The White Continent." Grab your camera and welcome aboard!

We have 10 to 13 day voyages on offer throughout the season, which runs November through March. Itineraries vary relatively little between ship to ship. Please contact us for specific prices for the vessel and departure date you may be considering. Rates are generally lowest on the Ushuaia, a rugged and capable expedition vessel, while the highest rates are often on the Sea Spirit, a refined, comfortable all-suite ship.
